Projectlink Motivation have been operating discounted retail voucher schemes as part of a flexible or voluntary benefits programme since 1998. We are the largest operator of this type of scheme in the UK whereby staff commit to a fixed amount of their salary in return for discounted vouchers to use towards the regular weekly shopping.

Suitable For

  • Long-term programmes (1+ year)

How It Works


  • Employees commit to a fixed amount of their monthly salary to receive in vouchers of their choice for a period of one year (minimum £100)
  • The agreed amount is automatically deducted from their salary each month
  • We supply the employee with discounted vouchers for their selected retailers
  • Employees are charged a small monthly fee to cover the administration of the service.

The Benefits

  • Employees will receive a 5% or greater discount on voucher choices
  • An employee selecting £300 of Sainsbury’s vouchers will have just £285 deducted from their salary representing a £15 monthly saving, or £180 a year

Case Study

  • We operate a programme for a major retail bank where almost 10% of the UK workforce participate. Our calculation is that we save this group of employees over £1.3m per annum on their shopping
